nip/tuck and friends visit
First, thoughts on the season finale of Nip/Tuck, plus the Carver reveal...
So Quentin and Kit are the Carver(s). First of all, I said Quentin was the Carver a couple months ago when he started acting all weird with the bisexuality. But then they kept making him all creepy, so I thought it was too obvious. Especially with the whole "it's unguessable" comment. Which, I guess the REASON and the ties between Quentin and Kit WERE unguessable, but still. Completely threw me off. Dalia called me right after the reveal (which I actually missed, because I ran out of the room as soon as the Carver got Sean in the neck), and was like: "YOU WERE RIGHT!" Two seconds later, Shylie called me. LMAO. My friends who were visiting in my kitchen got a big kick out of that.
Anyway, due to some of the clues given by Kristen, I thought she was pointing a finger at Kit. But the whole not having a penis thing (which, as it turns out, is an issue for Quentin as well...) threw me off. Man. Who would have thought? And the whole fake shooting? Crazy! I'm glad the mystery is finally solved, but holy crap. I never thought we'd get an explanation in the finale. Now I need to check back on the message boards and such and see how everyone is reacting. Man, I have been that into a TV cliffhanger in forever.
Anyway, Tia and David got into Arcadia tonight, so Sarah, David and Tia came over to my place. We chatted until the start of Nip/Tuck, and then they went off on a mission for drinks/food while I started the finale. Dan called me sometime after that, laughed at the fact that his dad was making him drive over even though he lives like two minute walk away, and then came over. He watched Nip/Tuck with me and played around on my dad's banjo until the rest got back. They all chatted in the kitchen while cooking mozzerella sticks while I watched Nip/Tuck. Then once the show was over, we migrated into our game room/lounge and talked for a couple hours. Good times back in K-town!
