(no subject)
Spent today with Natalie. We picked up lunch from McAllister's and then went back to her place for an Ian Thorpe/Constantine Maroulis (and Anthony Federov for Nat) drool-fest.
Her olympics tape of Ian was all screwed up (major sadness there), but we watched some of the 2001 Goodwill Games and saw cute 18-year-old Ian. Awww. I love swimmers' bodies. Yum. Note the icon.
Then we moved into Idol. Went back and found everyone during their auditions. Was funny to see the part where they went back to tell Constantine's band that he was leaving them to do Idol, since now I've heard SO much about the band and even talked to the bass player online. lol. Then we watched all the Hollywood episodes since I missed them because of Rush or some other reason. Constantine was ridiculously cute during the group/choreography moment. Oh man, watching him try to dance was hysterical. He did better than I expected though, especially considering he was in a group with the James Brown guy. Quote of the day: "Everytime a new group comes up he's like '5, 6, 7, 8!' and then 'Hey Constantine, you need to make that sharper'."
We started at around 4 p.m. and ended at 10:30 p.m. Haha. It's to be continued at a later date, I'm sure.
I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY!!!! I will be out buying CDs because both Weezer and Pray for the Soul of Betty (Constantine's band) have CDs coming out that day! Woot!
