Wow, I feel loved.

Only one person came to my concert, as far as I know. I'm pretty sure I saw Lisa come with some of her friends, but they were gone by the time I came out after the concert so I had no one to greet me. Thanks to Natalie for the phone call, that was almost good as being there. =)

Let me tell you how great that felt.

It's one thing for Dalia and Shelcie to bail... they've been to the past three of my concerts, so that's understandable.

It's another thing when only ONE of your brothers actually comes to see you (edit Please note: Concert Band concerts are usually on Thursdays, so this was the first time I could even invite the bros). It was the last day of classes, so I know no one has tests tomorrow. I wonder how many people will be at the party tonight? A lot, I'm sure. But no, people couldn't spare an hour to come support me. I guess I should have said there would be free alcohol served before the show. Then I'm sure people would have come.

Thanks. Thanks.

It's a good thing Travis is in the same band as me, otherwise I would have been really depressed afterwards. But then Tark walked me out to my car, so that was good. He said he's coming back to play again next year, so hopefully we'll be in the same band again. He's a really cool guy and probably the best clarinet player I've worked with, other than Mr. Mcintire (my middle school band director). Oh, and Alan, the bass clarinet player from the other band, ended up having to borrow my bass because his broke. Afterwards he told me that it was the best bass clarinet he'd ever played. Yeah, I love my bass.
