Not a bad day at all...
Sign Language was especially boring today. I love when we actually sign. I do not like learning about deaf awareness (i'm hoping deaf culture will be more fun). Today we did practically all deaf awareness so my ADD was going crazy. I ended up going over old tap routines with my feet to keep from going bonkers. And even then, it was close.
After class, I went ahead and renewed my lease here at Lexington. The 9 is the best bus route in town and I like the location/ my roommates (Owen will not be returning) too much to leave. If lil bro Devin ends up getting into UF, he can either live with me here or live at Campus Lodge with someone else and we can visit whenever we want (especially since Campus Lodge and Lexington share a fence).
Then Allison and I did a presentation on the alumni for the initiates at their meeting. I think it turned out well, for the two hours of work we put into it last night. Then we had time to kill before our own meeting, so we went to the Union to kill time. The meeting was reaaalllly weird tonight. First, we were in this lil' tiny classroom which was stuffy and bleh. Second, Colleen Duval, our regional consultant, was in attendance, so everyone had to be on their best behavior. Allison and I did our presentation again for "the brohams", as Scafidi would say, and the meeting went rather smoothly. Allison and I have to meet with Colleen tomorrow, so I guess there will be more on that later.
Tomorrow is going to be crazy... class, meeting with Colleen, our alumni dinner, the Lush-a-thon, and then CAMPOUT Saturday. Ahhhh.
Plus Idaho-California-Arizona Dan called me last night and is in Florida with his family, so he and I are trying to make plans to meet up on Sunday. *whew*. SOOOO busy.
