Yes, you. The same child I had to remove it from play. The top half is still attached to the window catch where only cats can reach it.
Pet shop food delivery today - I have five kittens (one a few months older than the others) chasing and batting and pouncing and skidding merrily up and down the hallway. Fun fun fun!
