while i am waiting for fcp to render some last minute tweaks to my final project, i thought i would share with you proof that a trip to your local BUST spring fling craftacular doesn't have to break the bank (if you are completely broke and have the amazing will power not to buy something at every booth that takes plastic).
for the entirely reasonable price of $60 COMBINED, mindy and i scored the following goodies:
our entry to the fair (90s prom themed!)
5 raffle tickets for awesome craft swag
2 different back issues of BUST (that i didn't have)
2 super-shiny lip glosses
2 badass embroidery patterns
2 purple tulip puffy paints
stickers (hearts and kitties)
candy (blowpops and pixie sticks!)
more 1" buttons than i want to count
2 pairs of beachy flip-flops
2 pairs of pink boy-cut underwear
a pocket mirror
blue metallic bottle-opener keychain
3 sweet fabric tote bags (i heart queens and the frisky)
an awesome new purse (i haven't bought one since i was a teen - seriously)
and 2 mini relaxing spa kits for our moms (for the upcoming mom's day)
i'm more than a little pleased. (could you tell?)
