(no subject)
My last day as a Temp! Next Monday I start my first proper Graduate job as a supply chain assistant :) 90 % of my department has gone into a big meeting that is going to take most of the day, so I'm going to have to wait to get the cakes out. I have liked it here, and I've had it pretty easy- but I know this isn't the job for me, it just doesn't exercise the right parts of my brain enough.
Last night was nice- it was cool to meet up with friends and get some bonus hours with Simon, but I didn't enjoy it as much as the last few visits. Between evil nick (aaah shut up!) and knowing that I was on a time limit (having to travel back to Welwyn that night for work today) put me in the wrong frame of mind. Simon seemed to enjoy himself, which was good- especially as it was his birthday. I spoke to him on the phone as I was getting into bed at about ten to twelve last night and he was on his was to someone’s house to continue the party there- I'm not expecting him to have made his was home before this morning from that one :P
