The Florence Legacy: Generation 1, Part 3

Oct 12, 2011 01:47

Parts 1 and 2 can be found here and here!

Previously, at the Florences, Coeur and Pippa got married. Now, they're on their honeymoon...in France, since Coeur seems to be French! Upon arriving, neither seemed to be impressed.

Pippa: Hmmm...not sure if want...

Coeur: Honeymoon in France? No big deal.

The two newlyweds went sightseeing their first day.

And I noticed these two paparazzi who constantly followed them. Did I mention that with Pippa’s virtuoso trait, she rolled the want to become a hit movie composer? No? Well, she did. So she somehow got to be a 5 star celebrity rather effortlessly (of course), and that night after a bout of woohoo, she decided to serenade Coeur.

Coeur: THIS SONG KILLS.
Um…

Pippa: You really like it, Coeur? You mean it? I wrote it just for you… *is a shy, shy butterfly*

And during that bout of woohoo and serenade, the paparazzi chick decided to walk in on them. Pippa lost her cool. And suddenly the shy trait went hulk ass and transformed into PIPPA SMASH.

Also loving the outdoors, Pippa and Coeur were constantly visiting this little park/resting place, pitching a tent, and woohooing there.

I would ask, “Really guys? Really now.” But it was a charming little spot and it’s France and their honeymoon so- what the hey, you kids just go crazy!

Their last day in France consisted of Pippa and Coeur fishing and playing catch, because they both love the outdoors and they were constantly rolling wants to play games with each other.

Coeur: Pippa, check this out!
Pippa: Any minute now, just wait, I'll get one, too...

And then Coeur caught this.

Siriusly, is he Dr. DooLittle or something?

The entire time, though, they were totally creeped on by the paparazzi.

Yes, the same ones. Ugh, LEAVE. YOU ARE NOT WANTED.

Pippa and Coeur finished up the evening by star gazing.

♥ This is my favorite picture.

Upon returning to the Florence house, we were met with the status quo.

Bunk: gdi ghosts, STOP FLOATING SO FAST.

Oh, Bunk.

Also, Jane moved in with the rest of the family, living in the spare bedroom conveniently beside Pilot’s. Which of course gave him a great advantage in proposing.

She said yes. They quickly moved out, because… well, this should explain why.

Pippa: Ahh, the outdoors are so much fun, aren’t they?
Coeur: Yeah… hmm, fun…

Coeur and Pippa weren’t the only two in the mood for loving.

…WAIT. WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE.

Madeline: Bunk, you’re good right? ‘kay, I’m just going to go watch tv.
Bunk, I thought we learned the woes of the time machine.
Especially WOOHOOING IN IT. I can’t with you right now.

Madeline: I really want grandchildren… I make all of this food, who is going to eat it?
Bunk: grumblegrumble son of a bitch, I’m starving, why is this damn door always sticking grumblegrumble…

Even though she never threw up ONE TIME, Pippa was apparently pregnant!
You’re welcome, Madeline. France, you sneaky bastard.

Pippa: Baby? A baby… brb, going to serenade my unborn child.

Not kidding.

Meanwhile, my darling Madeline was having her birthday.

Madeline: What do I wish for? Oh, I know- GRANDCHILDREN! :D

And here she is, elder Madeline! I, for one, think she is adorable as a little old lady.

Bunk: Oh, Maddy, happy birthday.

Even though Pippa’s all grown up and Bunk is usually a crabby old man when not around his family, Bunk still wants to spend almost all his time with his daughter. It’s seriously the sweetest damn thing I’ve ever seen.

Bunk: *hums* So I’ll dance with Cinderella…

CRYING FOREVER. Siriusly, guys, that song makes me tear up every time I hear it.
Okay, I’ll just be sobbing in the corner, don’t mind me.

Bunk: Sweet girl, you’ll know why I dote on you so. You’ll have a little Cinderella, too!
Pippa: But Daddy, how do you know it’s a girl? What if the baby is a boy?
Bunk: Then he’ll be a little prince. But trust your Pop, it’s a girl.

Bunk: Now I’m going to go break the TV, sweetie, you just-
Pippa: Oh… OH NO.

Bunk: DON’T PANIC, DON’T PANIC, DON’T PANIC. *panics*

Daddy’s always right. ♥

And meet the newest addition to the family, the first of generation two, Jessamine Florence! Since she was conceived in France, I’m going to keep up the French name theme. And I also had fixed the baby glitch by then, so we actually have BABY pictures. Here we are!

Madeline: Wait- what? Grandbabies? I’M THERE.

The house was actually quite functional for the next few days until it was Jessamine’s birthday. They waited until Coeur came home from work (he’s an elementary teacher), and then they had the birthday party.

Tada! Jessamine, you little blossom. One of my friends said she looks creepy with light eyes, but I'm biased and happen to think she's lovely. She also has the good and disciplined traits. I think this is the first child in this story who doesn’t have clumsy, loves the outdoors, or eccentric. Now time for toddler spam!

Madeline was VERY excited to have grandchildren, let me tell you. I’m pretty sure Jessamine spent two minutes of her entire childhood playing on the floor. Madeline carried her everywhere.

Potty training face +++

It was the first day of Jessamine’s toddlerhood that Pippa popped again. NO VOMMITING AGAIN. Pippa had the best pregnancy O_o I had NO warning. I don’t recall hearing chimes either, perhaps this is a glitch? No idea, but it’s a pleasant surprise. Coeur was at work the last time Pippa went into labor, as well, so this time being there when it happened was an event for him.

Coeur: DON’T PANIC, DO NOT PANIC. DON’T PANIC PIPPA, I’M HERE FOR YOU-
Pippa: Oh for God’s sake, GO START THE CAR.

Aaaaaaaaaaand…

Baby #2! Of course Pippa and Coeur have both wished for a boy since Jessamine. Siriusly, it pretty much happened this fast in game, too. Meet Esmerie Florence! She is excitable and loves the outdoors! Ah, taking after your Mommy and Grandma there, aren’t you? I’m glad to see these traits are still running in the family. It makes me happy.

Coeur: Now, to put my feelings of love and devotion for my baby girls into a vision…

Oh, look who stopped by!

Adult Pippin!

Madeline: LOOK AT MY GRANDCHILDREN. LOOK AT THEM. THEY ARE PRECIOUS AND THE BEST CHILDREN EVER.
Pippin: I’m from your womb, if you recall.
Madeline: Jessamine has already read two books. What have YOU done today?
Encouragement, you’re doing it wrong.

Esmerie aged up into a toddler shortly after!

Very cute. Bunk was luckily in the room to supervise the potty training.

These faces, siriusly. And where are the parents, you might ask?

Pippa: Shhh, I’m composing for my youngest.
Awww, okay. That is acceptable.

Madeline: Bunk, I think we did quite well with our kids, don’t you?
Bunk: We sure did, Maddy. They all graduated, they’re off with their own dreams and loves, and now we even have grandchildren.
Madeline: Everything is perfect. It’s time to relax now.

Pirate: ‘Sup, family. I'm back.

…hmmm.
