What can I say, LJ? I've been a drive-by poster rather than really sitting down and grinding it out with you. Work has been busy. Also been busy lately with various silly film projects that keep me happy. Had "The Checkout Girl" Seattle screening on Sunday, August 9. Had a fairly good turn out of about 20 people, not as successful as the 50 people on Vashon, but we had a full bar this time so it was way more fun. Was disappointed that some of our actors we scheduled it around didn't bother the show up. Damn flaky actors. This weekend Dave and I have signed up for a 29-hr film festival with the
Beta Society, a film group here in Sunny Seattle. Our film will be amateur and silly, but we will have a good time, nonetheless.
As an example of one of the silly projects I've been working on, here a teaser for a screenplay Dave and I are writing. It gives you no clues, which is what we wanted.
