Well today I met miranda downtown for the Planned Parenthood Youth Initiative for Sex Education. The woman who spoke to us, Robyn, was nice. The meeting lasted about an hour and a half, I learned a bit, was excited to learn about how to get involved.
In other news, I went shopping, and "bought"(used my gifte card) some DVDs and a book. Also picked up some lipgloss at a 2-for-1 sale at Ulta.
Finally, I was waiting for my grades, and I got them. All I can say was I was happy except for math, though I shouldn't have expected a miracle there.
I also got my schedule, but sadly my teachers aren't listed so I don't know who my math teacher is, I'm afraid I'll get Holbrook. Dum..Dum...Dum.
1)(M) College Planning
1) AP Calculus BC (argh too early for math, but there's no switching)
2) English 3/4 (but I don't know the elective)
3) AP French
4) Q1- Electronics Q2- Cosmology Q3- Relativity
5) Q1- Holocaust Q2- Free Q3- Free
7) Q1- Free Q2- Forensic Science Q3- Free
8) Free
9) AP Adv Biology (no mention of which days I have Lab period)
10) Free
So First quarter I'll have triple Lunch every day and I can leave after 4th on Fri
2nd Quarter I'll have double lunch every day/ quadruple on thurs
3rd Quarter I'll have quadruple lunche everyday, before Mayproject
Here's what went wrong, I wanted to take Adv. Drawing and Painting, but it meets during Electronics etc. and both are only one section. So if I can think up a great idea, I'll do an Independant Study w/ Ms. Catterson. Also I tried to take Art History, but it meets during French, and Mrs. Kovacs thought it only met once, but actually b/c there's so many kids, there are two sections of it, but i don't know when the other one meets.
There's the news for now, nothing too new, only the constant fret of college hanging over my head.
