(no subject)
Okay, so I have no idea who reads this thingy anymore.... BUT, it's about time for me to update everyone on my life. A LOT of things have changed quite a bit recently and I have been too lazy to post, plus I didnt want to tell everyone JUST yet... but now is a good time I suppose.
First thing, I signed my first legal contract and wrote a check for a downpayment of 1000 dollars, All my own hard earned money mind you. I leased my own car. It's a 2005 New Jetta in a Platinum Grey (or Gray) color. I'm a big fan of it, and it's helping me to establish credit, which is always good. I really need a car at school cause I am living in an apartment off campus and walking, just doesnt seem cool with me. Especially since I have late night classes, so I would have been walking alone late at night, and New Brunswick is clearly not a safe area to do such a thing.
The next thing is that I leave for school again on August 18th. My dad and I are driving there, together... for three days, driving non stop.(except food and some quick naps!) Should be interesting.
And finally the big news... August 18th will be my last day LIVING in scottsdale, forever. My parents have decided to move across the country to Maryland. They're moving a few weeks after myself, and I will therefore not be returning to Arizona for winter break or summer break. I'm a little bit sad about moving, I mean I went through all my schooling here and really like scottsdale, BUT it's gonna be soooo nice having my family only a 3 hour drive away from me. AND the house we have purchased is absolutely GORGREOUS. It's sooo nice. Maryland is a great place to, granted kinda random. But our house is about 5 min from an awesome lake, and only about 30 min from the beach.
My house here in Scottsdale sold in like, 6 days to a baseball player. He used to play for the Dbacks, but now he plays for Washington National ( ironic, no?). His name is Stephen Randolph if anyone has heard of him, I don't think he's very good, hence his getting traded. But hey, it's still pretty cool!
Other than all of this excitment, I've just been WORKING and WORKING and WORKING. I work about 25 hours a week at the gym these days and about 20 hours a week at the limited. That's some intense working. But I really needed to after writing that 1000 dollar downpayment check. Not to mention keeping up with monthly payments.
Havent chilled with ANYONE really this summer... besides Kelsey once and Clark like... twice. I feel like such a loser, but oh well, havent had the time or energy or really anyone to chill with.
My Birthday is comin up on August 13th! the big 19, haha man 19 is such a lame year. haha
Anyway, lemme know if anyone wants to chill or anything before the 18th of August cause after that... Im an east coaster for sure now!
