An update seems like a good idea, no?
Well, lets see whats new in my life. Just summer stuff, went searching for a job for a while, FINALLY found one at The limited. It's okay... I've only had one full day of working so far and I felt really stupid the whole time. People would ask me questions and I would have to tell them I didnt know and to ask someone else... I hate feeling stupid, but I really had no idea what I was doing. Not sure if retail is my thing, but at least it's a job. I'm getting $7.75/ hour so I guess that's okay. It's not the $10.50/hour I got at the gym, but hey, I'm still working there this summer too. Teaching dance and drama to day camp and subing for some classes here and there. I also got a call from Maggianos the other day about a job and went on an interview for that, went decently well. I also got a call from Crate and Barrel today about a job, and I have an interview with them next week. Not bad if you ask me. I get an awesome discount at the limited and at the limited stores; aka, Victoria secret, Express, Bath and Body, Lerner, ect.
In other news, my dad has been in Florida all this week because my grandpa, his dad is really sick and was having a very dangerous surgery. I'm not that close to my grandpa, but it's still really sad because it seems as though he's in a lot of pain and suffering a lot. Not that sure how much longer he will make it. He's always been in really bad health and was a smoker and drinker most of his life. I just feel really bad for my dad cause he seems very upset.
Seems like I've been dealing with a lot of this kinda stuff this year, it's tough. All part of life though, still very emotionally draining.
Still missing everyone at Rutgers, it's just not the same here!!! Although i've hung out with a few people, aka Clark and Tash and Kelsey a little... but yeah it's all good, I've been busy with working and gymnastics so yeah.
I'm getting VERY excited about the apartment I'm movin into in August... will be good times, I think school will be a lot better living off campus and near people and not all the way on another campus... yay, I can't wait to decorate it and make it all nice!
wow, lots of ramble-ing
