well it was a wierd lunch

So my Great Aunt Fannie passed away on Weds. night. I hadn't seen her in years, but her passing brought up a lot of memories that I hadn't really thought about over the years. Like that she would let me go to the pharmacy and buy candy when I was grounded and would never tell my parents. I would play in the church while she was cleaning and setting up for mass. Bingo chips and stamps she would let me play with hile I was there. It was a sanctuary from my step dad while I was at her house and it meant more to me then either one of us realized at the time. I think sometimes it was her and my grandmother that kept me going when stuff got really bad.

So I went to my moms house for lunch and we were talking about my Aunt Fannie's gay daughter Cathy. How she would be at the funeral with "her friend" Patti. I asked if she was really gay or if everyone just assumed it, since people sometimes think of that of Michelle and I.I was telling her a lot of people assume Michelle is gay, and how that's kind of funny wincer she's straighter than I am. Yep that's how I told my mom that I'm bi. Not that it really matters since I'm with bob and I don't know if I could actually ever have a real relationship with a woman, but hey in case I do, my Mom is prepped for it. She was just suprised, but didn't really care, as I figured as much which is partly why I told her the way I did.

Anyways for anyone who reads this and didn't know, now you do. It's been quite an eventful couple of days...
