I know...I haven't written in a very long time, and it will probably be longer still til I write again, so treasure this entry.
The past three months have been crazy...and I shall explore current life events Bridget Jone's style (if you haven't seen the movies, sue me, I like british comedies):
New jobs started: One. Unicel RSA. Good grief, people, I sell phones. Cell phones. Heh. Little wireless pun there...I like it. It's chalanging, time consuming, and uttery distracting from my present state of progressive loneliness. Ironic, though, that I have an occupation where I need patience and people skills to sell pieces of technology. Oh, and number of times I'm aked out by scary red necks who have pornographic screen savers on thier phones...far too high.
New Appartments moved into: One. Big, beautiful, spacious, and completely in my price range. Kinda in the middle of nowhere, but forgiveable since my present landlords allowed my dog to stay with me.
New fuzzy friends: One. Yzma, my half siamese half whatever-barn-cat-nailed-her-mum kitten. Chatty, intelligent, and I'm quite sure one who goads the dog into breaking rules when I'm not in the house. Again, forgiveable, since her insitance of sleeping under the sheets on my belly keeps me alive during the nights.
New vehicals: Getry, after a sad two years, has finally kicked the bucked at the opportune moment of ten minutes before I needed to be at work and about five miles from said work. She was sent out with curses and kicks, and sold for the tidy sum of $79 dollars which just covered the cost of the tow to get her to her junkyard resting place. Replacement? SASHA (again, allusion to one of my favorite tv shows, if you don't get it, sue me.) Sasha is 2007 chevy colbolt--basic, simple, and fairly inexpensive. My co-worker's Mum who works at the dealership helped me get some hefty rebates...so now I have a car payment. But I also have a vehical who's heat turns on when I want it too, and doesn't scream in pain when I direct it up a slight incline. Oh, and Sasha's red. Me. In a red car.
Massive fights with family members: Uncountable. My relationship with my uncle/former roomie has neatly slip to a point that I want nothing to do with him which makes life dificult since I am still quite fond of his child that I helped raise. Have you even known someone that you just look at and wonder why they make aspects of life and relationships so difficult when they just don't need to be? Hazen's huge, by the way. Talkative...interactive...he asks about me now that I don't live here, and the last night I watched him he made me lie in bed with him til he fell asleep.
Amount of money in my checking account: $47 dollars. With my efforts of trying to push Gerty to last me through the winter and my deposit on my appartment, I find myself with very little money....which is going to make Christmas tricky this year. Ah well...at least I get two whole days befor it off which is quite a gift in my present industry.
And lastly, since number of computers in my home is zero and access to internet equals only the window's I do laundry at Denise's house when Ted's not home, then the number of following LiveJournal entries will be slim as well.
Be well, all, happy holidays.
