First off, a belated but heartfelt HAPPY BIRTHDAY! to urrah - it's like a week late, but I had your present up on time! (Er, sort of, since it was originally a Christmas present. *facepalm* As has become a tradition with me, your fic-pressie also includes a DVD commentary track of your choice; I have updated the list.

Also those moments of childlike wonder at the world - but they are getting rarer as time goes on - more the pity.

They do, but, y'know, he never loses them entirely. Which is just... just... *hugs him*

His nasty-ass vicious vindictive streak.

I quite like this, actually, dramatically speaking. It makes him that much more interesting, even if it's not a good thing for him as a person. (Which, of course, it's really not.)

...pass. Jarod has so far to go before he can have a healthy relationship, I just can't manage this.

I'll be interested to see if your opinion on that changes any by the end of the series. I... sort of go back and forth on it, myself, I think.

I have to admit - you completely sold me on Jarod/Jenny.

I'm amazed how thoroughly I sold myself on it. :)

Jarod in the Farscape Universe just fills me with utter delight. I think he'd almost be better at handling it then John was.

I think in some ways he'd be much better at it than Crichton, but he also lacks some of the qualities that worked so well for Crichton. It would definitely be different, which would be interesting.

Jarod/Lyle slash

Oh, ewww, ewww, ewww, ewww, ewww. I wish I didn't have that in my brain now. Especially as... Um. Yeah. Not going there. Ick. :)

I am Today

Oh, I like that. :)

Yeah. And that he never loses it entirely? That is my Most Favourite Thing.

I have sort of a love/hate relationship with, because you're right, dramatically it SO WORKS and makes things so awesome and interesting and the show would not be as good without it. But because I'm so invested in Jarod, every time he does it I'm like *wince* "OH JAROD NO!"

I'll be interested to see if your opinion on that changes any by the end of the series.

True of a lot of things, isn't that? Sadly I am in the waiting-for-Chris lull between seasons. :/

Oh god, they're related, aren't they? No, no, don't tell me. Oh, Show.

Oh, I like that. :)

I'm rather proud of it myself. ^_^

Well, in my experience, a little break between seasons helps to rest up the brain. :)

LOL! What I was going to say, actually, was more along the lines of "Especially as there's a point in canon where that could be totally plausible as non-con," which is just not something I want to think about. *shudder*

As for who might be related to whom, I make no comments whatsoever. :)
