Seriously. It would give me more time to pull Haloween plans together, and it would mean I wouldn't have to hear THIS. (Doctor Who casting spoilers for those under bigger rocks than me).

So far this month, I've had my last regular paying gig stop paying, a replacement gig dissolve before paying anything, my partner's unemployment run out, a ghastly breakup in community, and two people I know lost their grandfathers.

I do have the November Poetry Fishbowl coming up on Monday. Hopefully that will bring in enough donations to buy groceries for the week.

Thanks everso! The topic will be civics/politics. I'll be looking for things that inspire people about their country and community. It's in honor of the election -- I want to encourage people to participate.
