teacup thingys
i spent the morning at work and the afternoon at the beach. life don't get much better than this. :)
and i now am seriously considering buying a teacup chihuaha. like you wouldn't even believe. i'm just wondering if i can justify spending several hundred dollars on an animal because i've always been that advocate of "you should buy shelter dogs because they need homes." the problem is, i did that. and i love lola to death. but these teacup chihuahas are more like....dare-i-say-it.....accessories....and well you can't really find pound dogs that are three-and-a-half pounds last time i checked. so it's not really buying it to buy a DOG per-say, but rather, I WANT ONE.
but there's also what my parents would think. they'd probably love it. and if i got it, well, they couldn't just tell me to send it back. it wouldn't be an outside dog. and i don't work eight hours a day all the time. i might also feel it out at work because jenelle and audrey bring in their dogs every day. and no one minds. lola's an outside dog who's in love with puffy and i couldn't ever break that bond, and when i leave this place i have a feeling lola won't be coming with me because my parents have grown way to attached to her. even when i bring her to chris' house she's miserable because puffy isn't there....incase you don't know who puffy is, it's my parents' one of two golden retrivers, the daughter of hailey, the other one. and puffy is over 100 lbs. and she thinks she's....well, a teacup chihuaha's size. luckily lola stops her from trying to hop all over people, another great reason my parents love lola, because she stops puffy from toppling my 6-year old brother.
so lola kinda plays on the defensive side protecting the wee-ones in my family.

i think having a toy dog around would be fun. we don't let puffy, lola or hailey in the house because of the ticks and rampant lymes' disease that exists on the island thanks to them- a good friend of mine was just diagnosed with it, that shit SUCKS.
this dog would stay in the house, so no ticks or shit.
but i also think i spent way too much time around my friend's teacup today. it's so freakin' cute though!
i have a suprise for my boyfriend tomorrow. he's gonna love it. and he'll never see it coming. thanks to JT for the idea today. :)
and HC sorry we never did sushi.
and AM my phone totally died as i was texting you last night and i can't find my charger so i'm ghetto charging it here and there on a port it doesn't fit on. i'll send you a message on myspace after this.
