I love carrot cake. My daughter, xenachakram12 , is an excellent baker and makes the best carrot cake I have ever eaten.
How do you like your coffee?
I like my coffee with a little splenda (sweetener) and chocolate or splenda and milk.
What is your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement is raising my daughter, who is 25 now years old, as a single mother. We both lived through the experience with relatively minimal physical and psychological damage. She is actually an incredible human being though I don't take credit. She was born with a beautiful soul.
Greatest hangover ever?
Puking my guts up the next morning every time I moved until there was nothing left in my tummy and then having dizzy spells and a pounding headache the rest of the day. I didn't feel so great the following day either. I pretty much quit drinking tequila after that.
