A Note on My Future, for Those that Care

May 23, 2007 20:49

After much deliberation, I have decided to remain in Boston for some time now. I will be attending Simmons part-time in the fall to get my Masters in Library Science (not said apologetically) while working full-time (uhh, hopefully). I don't have a job yet, which sucks, but means I do get to take random trips to NYC so it all works out.

On a related note, I hope to be living in a house with several people come September (namely, Colby and Marie). If you are looking for a place to live, let me know- the more random people= cheaper rent= better.

Graduation was boring and uninspiring but it has been an amazing week with everyone back in town. Moving Anthony away from his Beacon Hill palace was brutally emotional and reminded me of just how lonely I may be when September comes around and here I am, in Boston, bitter and stagnant. A few key figures should keep me from being suicidal and in two years when my degree is done, I'll most likely be off to New York to do something I truly care about. I hope.
