wednesday, thursday, friday
wednesday was my 2nd to last day of work at the jr high school, and when we (the other tutors and i) walked into class, we were bombarded by piles of thank you notes. it was super sweet, i almost cried.
thursday was the first time i've been to disneyland in a month. and i'm not whining, i know i'm spoiled when it comes to disneyland. anyway, they have new parades at california adventure AND disneyland. the california adventure parade, "block party bash", is quite possibly the most fun thing ever. you can't help dancing. it's just that awesome. and the parade at disneyland is simply amazing...i mean, the floats are seriously CRAZY!! so high tech and beautiful and yeah. and then there's the fire works show...which is even more amazing than the two parades combined. it can't even be explained or described properly, one has to just experience it. i admit it, i cried.
friday, today, was my last day of work at holland. we basically hung out, signed yearbooks, etc...until we decided to play with water balloons! i got drenched, cause each kid got 1 balloon, and instead of getting each other, they of course go after us, the staff. but it was tons 'o fun anyway =] and then after work i went out to dinner with the staff, which was even more fun. and i just got home, and i'm a little bummed, cause i'm going to miss everybody, especially the kids who are going to high school and/or moving =[
but it was the best three days i've had in a VERY long time =]
