so... everyone here knows how much I love 30 Seconds to Mars and that they came to Brazil last week, right?? everyone also knows that I'd kill to go to the concert if there was no jail risk involved in actually killing people... so yeah... I didn't go to the concert and I'll remember this failure for te rest of my life...
and, being the masochist that I am I went to MTV Brasil site to search for comments about the show... and they said it was good... short but really good... but then they transcribed a convo that made me somewhat happy I never went there because risking jail or not I'd kill someone ¬¬
it went something like this:
Girl 1: we went from hotel to hotel searching for them... but unfortunately we couldn't find them...
MTV: WHOA!! you must really like the guys...
Girl 1: we love them sooo much...even though we only know about them for three weeks...
MTV: Three weeks??
Girl 2: ok... make that three months...
MTV: riiiiight... and before them, you liked what band?
Girl 1: RBD!!! we heard about them (30STM) after a concert in Sao Paulo...
MTV: ...
so yeah... apart from that, the only commentary about the show was made from a girl like those form above... that thought A Beautiful Lie is "nice, but to heavy" ¬¬
aff... everything is wrong in this country... said girl from above (the one that thinks A Beautiful Lie is too heavy for her likes) also considers herself their #1 fan and she only found out about them last month... now I ask you... do you really believe if you ask her who Solon was and... hell she didn't even knows Shannon's name ¬¬ *is pissed off* I am woman enough to admit that I am not they #1 fan... hell I like them lots and lots and lots but I know people that love them more... so... yeah...
