Katelyn's return from the infirmary

OOC: Back-dated on the day Kate returned from her forced stay in the infirmary. It's probably a bit before the real Christmas, but Liz'll treat it like Christmas anyway. XD Katelyn only. The rest of the students and teachers got a little something, but I don't feel like writing it out. =PThe day had finally arrived where Katelyn was released from

Her side and her shoulder were still sore. The doctors wanted to keep her another few days, but Katelyn would have none of that. She could not resist when she was connected to all those machines, but once she was able to move and breathe on her own she saw little point in staying. Not while Liz had already been released. Not while it was Christmas

Liz smiled at Katelyn from the bed. Even though it was only a smile, with it she conveyed her love for Kate and happiness for her release.

"Merry Christmas, Katelyn." She then suddenly rushed to her girlfriend for one warm, big embrace. "I'm so happy you're back," she whispered in the girl's ears.

A soft, sweet voice brought her thoughts back from where they wandered, lost amidst the dancing lights. Katelyn blinked a time or two before gazing at Liz with eyes that returned that unspoken affection. "I'm happy to be back," she whispered back as she pulled her girlfriend close. "I missed you, so very much." A soft chuckle as she corrected herself. "I know...you were always there. Right by my side. But I missed, just being able to talk with you or eat lunch with you or just be with you, all of the time."

Looking over Liz's shoulder, Kate again admired all of Liz's work as she embraced her girlfriend for the first time in what seemed like forever. Lit only by candles, the room felt warm and inviting. An evergreen tree, holly, and mistletoe all called out to the young Druid, and the enchanted stars twinkled from where they hang. "It's all so beautiful," she mused aloud as she held her close.

"And that's not all," she whispered to her girlfriend. A finger pointed at the gifts wrapped in silver and gold wrappings under the tree. "Those are for you as well. And they're not all mine, Ralph dropped off some presents too. And Era, and other girls. Everyone who had something came here to give them. I haven't opened mine either, so... What do you say? Shall we open them? Or wait a while longer? I uhm... have prepared a very special gift for you as well..."

Kate turned, moving behind Liz with her arms encircling her waist such that she could look where Liz was pointing without having to let her go. At first she seemed surprised, genuinely touched, but soon a sad realization came to her. "I...don't have anything for you," she said quietly. "I don't have your presents. But it's not Christmas yet. I...I didn't...I couldn't. I was hurt...and..."

Liz placed lightly a finger on Kate's lips to get her silent. "It's alright, don't worry about it," she said in a soft voice. "I know you were hurt and you couldn't get anything. But I don't need any presents. All I want with Christmas... all I ever want... is you." Liz kissed her girlfriend, holding Katelyn tenderly in her arms.

"But if you want to wait a few days," she then continued with a small, naughty smile, "I'll just give you the other present I prepared for you." She tugged gently at Kate to get her to the bed. "Stay here, okay?" Liz asked. She then moved to the middle of the room. "Alright. Uhm. I kind of practiced on this while you were gone and I had nothing else to do, so... I hope it looks better now." With one more smile at her girlfriend, Liz began to strip for Katelyn, proudly showing how much better she'd gotten.

With those sweet words and that soft kiss, Katelyn almost wanted to tear up. Never before had she felt so loved. She only wanted to melt into Liz's arms and stay like that forever

Liz' smile was still as sweet as always. But her movements were graceful and seductive, and her hands slowly removed her clothes one piece at the time. Although there was still room for improvement, she'd gotten much better since the last time she tried this. There was no more stumbling or other awkward movements; not even with taking off her socks.

When finally the final piece was removed, Liz walked closer to her friend, in her own shy way proudly showing her attributes. One hand stroked Kate over the cheek, while the other guided one of Kate's hands to her bare breast.

Katelyn was mesmerized by her lover's expert movements, soon unable to think about anything else. Her gaze was transfixed by every sweet smile, every flirtatious glance and every sensual move she made. With her heart pounding and her eyes darting up and down Liz's graceful form, Kate was beyond speech or rational thought. All she could do was nod as her sexy girlfriend offered herself to her.

One hand already placed upon Liz's breast, her other moved to Liz's side, unable to resist touching her. Slowly she traced the outline of her feminine figure, following the curve from her chest to her hip. "I want you," Katelyn finally said in response...never before had she wanted Liz more. Traveling across her beautiful body up to her pretty face, Kate looked up at Liz with a sexy little smile of her own. "This is the best present, ever..."
