Attention All Burglars!

So my friday started out as any normal friday - me half awake dragging myself out of bed and tread toward my morning work day. However, when I get to the Media Services door, unlock it, and walk in (like I do every time!!!) the most blood curdling and piercing sound goes off. Oh wow! Wagner really does have some alarms that work. Now I have not been given the code to shut this annoying thing off and I step into the hallway to see if anyone is coming over....oh I don't know to see what is going on maybe? And a janitor walks into the elevator, turns around, gives me a shrug like "You did it, sucks for you, what the hell do you want me to do!?" Ok, so what is the next sensible thing to do???? I am pretty certain that by now all of Wagner campus has been woken up by this racket but since I still see no one around I call campus security. Yup! That did it, they said they would send someone over. No problem......?......??.......???! So at least five minutes pass and I am still standing alone, and outside because I swear if I stayed in the building with that thing I would have probably gone deaf and I would never be able to sing another harmony with Jess Guyon (at that gives us major points on the hot scale). Finally, someone approaches....oh, it's not campus security just my boss. He turns it off and peace is restored to the land. I get to work and go on with my business, like thinking how hungry I am. Mmmmmmm...lunch. What happened to campus security you ask? Well, I am still waiting for them to come by. Maybe they will get the memo by next week.
So to any of you burglars, thieves, or just an average rebel looking for a good time, just remember that if you ever set off an alarm accidentally don't panic. Take a few minutes to shop around or just browse and then on your way out call campus security to let them know an alarm went off. You will be dubbed a hero and have some new items to add to your dorm room decor.
