Today was MarcsMom's
Unbirthday (yesterday being her Birthday), so I ended up hanging around the ol' homestead for a bit. I really loved the Buffy and Xander reunion. That he didn't understand why she would want to see or have anything to do with him and the fact that he wanted to run and didn't want her to see him like that and as a vamp. A very good Buffy and Xander moment in that situation. Plus I have a feeling with Buffy by his side any baby slayers and watchers with any sort of itch to slay him are going to have to rethink that plan.
Looks like Xander definately broke Kennedy in good and the Daddy kink was definately very well thought out. I also like how the whole thing made him sick now that he has his soul back. I can also see the common sense reason Xander would want to do that (break her) because he definately would need her broken to control her. And a slayer/vamp is definately something someone would want to have under control. Since she could be just as dangerous to him as she could with the rest of the population. Tactical well thought out plans was something that his friends... I don't think noticed often but something that Xander was actually very good at. Anyway, I'll definately be looking forward to the next chapter of this.

The reasons for Xander breaking Kennedy are...well...complicated. Definitely the issue of control is at play, but there are other issues that are less clear-cut.
The whole point of soulless vamp Xander is that without all his human baggage, he can make use of devious impulses without guilt. Hence, his ability to get to Slayers and Watchers, his ability to attract victims, and his ability to break down Kennedy to the point where she's in a twisted co-dependent relationship with him.
