Being Constructive? What?
I'm actually doing something!!! Finally I feel a little bit inspired about this freaking project. It's been more than a year very officially now, and I can't say I'm extremely pleased or extremely disappointed with the progress. I'm sorta disappointed. I would really like to be getting somewhere. And now I am.
I've decided to add a little more humor and variety to the book, by taking minor characters and dedicating chapters to them. Like "a day in the life" kinds of things. They'll have main plot and side plot, and all those wonderful details, but they won't really be significant to the story. Kind of...short stories mixed into the plot. I'll see how it works out.
And by the way, I'm counting 59 characters. 59 names mentioned in passing, who all have to have personalities of some sort, even vegue personalities. Ugh
