We got a new boss (same as the old boss) and this new publisher is sending me to remedial photography school. I've completed initial training and learned lots of fun new words - like BOKEH! and HISTOGRAM! - but I still want to study up in my off hours. I really need this job, and there's too many hungry college kids creeping around these days for me to feel safe.
If anyone out there can recommend some instructive books, websites, etc. to help an average lenser sharpen up, please let me know. I'm also checking out digital SLRs under $1K, so recs are welcome. Leaning toward a Canon, as most of our lenses are of the Canon EF family.
