Myf is back to school tomorrow-so yay for the early mornings ugh! Her dad is being very reasonable atm, which of course makes me suspicious-the situation about Silver according to him is that he's not been able to see Nimue for a few weeks now and is seeking legal action. I've told him that I'm concerned for Myf-she could lose her little sister because of this and that's just plain wrong. Neither her nor Nimue deserves that. I'm not sure what to do at this point-I've told Matthew that I may seek advice myself should a court decide he can't see Nim (which is unlikely but still) to see whether an arrangement foe the children to spend time together can be made. I think it may be best for me to leave it awhile, see how he handles it and whether some kind of grownup action is being taken and then I will try to somehow contact Silver and hope she is feeling reasonable!
I've told Matthew that even if he is not able to see Nim anymore, that is not my concern! I don't care what happened between them and I'm not bothered about aggression towards me. I'm interested only in the welfare of my daughter-I don't have any ill-will towards Silver or Nim and I really hope something positive will happen without lengthly and distressing court battles. Myf is not going to lose family because of the actions of the adults around her.
