It reminded her of the things she had seen in the Elven lands of the north, or perhaps of the shipyards of Cormyr.

It also reminded her of the crossing of the sea she had made with Gavin and his companions. The journey across had been quite strange, especially for a priestess. All of the sailors had hit on her. The best device to combat that, she had found, was simply to pretend not to understand their advances. And it worked quite well [and believably] for a priestess. That, as well as having a talking horse, a Tamnas, whom most had only heard of in legend. Being able with a weapon had not hurt either, though she had not been forced to resort to that tactic.

The journey had lasted a week and nearly every morning, fog curled around the ship like a thick blanket, hovering until the sun forced it to recede.
