(no subject)
I think it's quite interesting how I've been looking for a thing to decorate my room with. Now, I'm not one for wall decals, so I actually would like a painting or a art photograph to be framed up nicely and hung on my rather barren walls. The thing I find interesting is... my taste. I don't have anything that I'm particularly passionate about. So what should the subject of this piece of art be?
I mean... I like cameras. I like horses. I like pretty photographs. I have a thing about not having people or anything that has eyes on things I want to hang up. Not loving the idea of waking up in the middle of the night after a nightmare -which I get frequently- and having something stare at me. Oh, and I like dogs too.
But... there isn't anything... that I know for sure I want to be hung up in my room.
I'm just going to roam around and see what other things I come up with. Etsy is proving a good place to find a nice print. I may look at deviantart prints, but they tend to lean on the very cartoony or very emo side, so... until I figure out what I want, my walls are going to still stay barren.
