frustration!

ARGHS! i do find it so difficult to work with Juan. he's a nice person, but workwise he's so disorganised, his information comes in drips and draps, I don't know what his objectives are, and sometimes, he doesn't have the full picture of what he's going on about. don't tell me what skills to use to do what. how am i supposed to do a project schedule when it's not clear what the deliverables and goals are.
