It's almost time!
I went to the bank, got my cashiers check, saw my savings balance drop(I still have a good amount in my savings though) and on Monday if everything goes well with the lawyers (which I don't see why it wouldn't) I will be a home owner :D , no renting for me straight to home ownership!
It's such a cute home too 1400 sq feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and it's less then 5 minutes walking from where my parents are. It's not right across the street like everyone loves raymond but it is walking down the street. It has a big yard and a remodeled kitchen. It's all good. All I have to do is call the Utilities to put them in my name and also bug John about getting me the names of the contractors he was talking about. I don't want to scape the popcorn off myself. When I get everything settled in I will have a house warming party and invite all my cosplay buddies to come over.
InuYasha is doing well too, he is loving his wheel. I can't wait to see him tomorrow and take pictures. We are going to go get him a hamster ball so he can run around in it. We are trying to think of a cutesy nick name for him that isn't an obvious name of an anime character because eventually I want to make him the mascot of cutenessonline.
