i signed up for a mixed media art class through the tempe recreation department.
i'm really excited & wished it met more than once a week. but i should really reserve that opinion for after i've attended at least one class. (it starts on thursday)
i'm working on being cool & open to learn new things & techniques. i want to make sure i'm not "that girl" who gives off the vibe of being better just because i already went to art school. i'm really hoping to just meet new people & having organized time blocked out for art. that's something i've failed to plan for myself so far.
and i'm REALLY hoping it's not like "we're going to make some scrap book pages. everyone get out your paper punches & decorative trims" cause if it is, i'll peace out faster than john & yoko did in the 70s.
