I'm not sure. Things have been straightened out a little now, at least generally. I don't know exactly how things are at this point, but barring any extraordinary circumstances, they should get better. Thank you very much for asking, though.

I'm afraid I'm not completely aware of the full extent of the problem myself, and I'm not sure if I should try to explain. If I find out more, however, or it's all right to discuss, I'll let you know.
