So I have had this yucky feeling in the back of my throat for atleast a week now.
It matches the ucky feeling I have in my heart.
I think Carolyn hit the nail on the head when she said that I set high expectations for people and then get really upset when they don't meet up to them.
Maybe I shouldn't put any expectations on other people and try putting them on myself for a change.
