So Sore
Im actually sore. Its awesome. I did strength moves yesterday, like maybe 10 moves, 3 sets, with 9-12 reps each. My muscles are sore. Then today, I was supposed to do cardio for 45-50 minutes at modereatly hard rate. But I felt like I was going to die for some reason. So I did 45 minutes. I ran and walked uphill pretty fast, so it was pretty hard and my muscles hurt.
Anyways. I just wanted to use this layout. Im kinda hungry but I dont know what to eat that isnt real fattening and stuff. Anyways...
