When I was in seventh grade I was convinced that I was going to be a marine biologist. I was obsessed with the ocean, and even watched those National Geographic specials on how Sea anenomes mate.
But I think a lot of that obsession stemmed from the fact that the ocean, and everything in it it, terrified me.
for real though... the ocean is terrifying. i haaaaaate it. and especially things like sea anemones! they shouldnt even be REAL. coral? hell no. that is a lump of STUFF, not ALIVE. ick. ick. ick. <3
haha...I was just thinking, have you seeen Finding Nemo? Maybe that would be a good way to conquor your fear...it could be a Disney Twelve step program....followed by the Little Mermaid:) <3
actually, finding nemo really scared me. i mean, it was cute and all, but even the disney/pixar ocean scared the shit out of me. now the little mermaid.... its not realistic enough. i'm cool with it. hahaha <3

you saw finding nemo with me!...and consequently tried to wet yourself you were so scared. haha, oh the memories. I love you and you still need to get your whale-hating ass up here for spring break!
Me and Adam went to the beach on Saturday {for Valentine's Day} and looked at tide pools, and there were TONS of sea anemones. I was too nervous to touch them, but I made him touch every single one that we saw, cuz they are SO much fun to watch curl up.
I also REALLY like saying the word anemones. Is that even how you say it?...
