Quantum theory.

If any one part of our universe is inherently non-deterministic, then all the universe is non-deterministic.

Therefore, until we know if there's order determining the seemingly random quantum movement our universe is non-deterministic.

(As a side note, if we live in a deterministic universe we have no free will. Just thought you might like to know)
