yehaw! I feel so stupid typping that!
OMG! today was freakin awesome! I went to the barn this morning to shovel horse shit. Not much fun but at least I can be around them. Well Shaun has two new boarders named Comet and Shade. They are both gorgeous! Well their owner was out ther today and I guess liked how I handled another boarder Joey. She asked me to ride and train Shade. Hes only been off the trck for a little over a year at the most! I got to ride him at around noon. He's got SO much potential,... now if I can only get him listening to my leg more. I thought my legs were going to cramp up from trying to get him to trot! lol! Good thing is now I will be riding him almost daily (hopefully!) plus I am going to have at least two rides on Maddie each week too! She told me to treat him as if he were mine. Including showing him when I think he's ready! Yahoo! Summer training project! Only one more week of classes too so more time to spend out there! yay!
