On Saturday morning after I got off work I went and signed the lease for the little townhouse in Cary across the street from naiad_kitty. It's kind of rough around the edges, but it's a huge step up for us. It's a pretty great deal, too. I don't think the landlord was advertising it on Craigslist or anywhere at all aside from the sign in the yard. The only reason I saw the sign was because I parked feet away from it at a craft night. On top of that, the little take away handouts in the tube attached to the sign had the wrong phone number on them. Dude is very bad at advertising, to our benefit, I'm sure.
Moving will take place the last week of March, so we've got plenty of time. Lou's job starts a couple weeks before that and we're not sure what his schedule is going to be yet. It'll be busy for a bit, but exciting times!
