Dizzy in my head
Okay back here after ages. Since my contract with MBS has officially ended, I'm finally free!! (Y) Life has been good since then.
Went out with colleagues after work on my last day, ate at Din Tai Fung then played lan until like 1++ am, damn fun!!! Currently L4D2 loving. Annabella and I were screaming so loudly in the lan shop but whatever. It was seriously scary. Had to drag myself outta bed the next morning for disciple hahah was srsly half dead. Then had lunch with Olivia at Ministry Of Steak and we sat down there for daaaamn long just talking and talking. Love chill out afternoons.
Went mothers' day gift shopping with Jillian, Dionne, Tony and Bryan after church on Sunday. Took crazy neoprints, laughed at Bryan's classic stone face in one of the shots, accompanied him around to take DSLR shots, had my hair curled for free at some free demo thing. Was super tired by the time I got home. Had dinner with my mummy thereafter. :D
Then on Monday, was supposed to meet Sherrie after work but it started pouring like crazy at my hse so i cancelled on her hahaha sorry berrycake!!!
Met Ben for breakfast on Tues, accompanied him to Tan Tock Seng for his medical checkup, ate at Long John's while waiting for the X-ray results, went to Central@Clarke Quay to collect brochures for MBS which was freaking heavy but that act-macho guy refused to cab back to office cos apparently the claiming fee process was too complicated. So he had to to lug everything himself back to office and i decided to be nice and bring his X-ray results home for him first. Then Jillian came over for dinner and to collect the Phillip Yancey book. We ended up surfing FB while she showed me picts of ahem ahem and tried to vigorously market him. hahaha. Then Eechu and Mingjian called her from army so i talked to them a bit too. I srsly love all these army boys' stories. Someone please go to OCS and bring me for the commissioning ball.... I wanna feel like a princess for one day please hahahahaah.
Met Shal, Sherrie and Belle for dinner and movie on Wed night. Okay I was damn late in meeting them (sorry!) and we took damn long to decide on what movie to watch cos Sherrie already watched Ip-man 2 and Iron man 2, both of which the rest of us hadnt caught yet. So fine, we watched Back Up Plan which Belle actually caught alr but she didnt wanna tell me cause I srsly didnt want her to waste money watching it again. But anyway, the movie was quite typical albeit rather funny. But srsly, after watching that show, i really dont wanna give birth. Gross ttm! Then headed to Etude House where I finally bought new nail polish yayyyyyy!!! Loving the new colours I bought. :D
Treated my family to seafood on thurs evening with my pay. Yummmzzzz.
And on Friday (most most most tiring day of the week), first headed to the G2000 warehouse sale with my family where my mum and I went crazy buying blazers and jackets at like dirt cheap prices!! Seriously!!! Then had lunch at some place in Kovan that sold awesome hokkien mee and oyster omelette. Went to AMK hub after that to shop for shirts that my bros could wear to my cousin's wedding in Aussie. Realised that cotton on was selling men's shoes at like 10bucks?!? Damn awesome. Then went Little India to buy bangles. After that my dad and bros went home and I headed to town with my mum to shop for a birthday gift. Ended up buying more rings for ourselves at Diva and a set of bracelets for Aunty Agnes. Then walked around Uniqlo and headed to Food Republic for tea. Then my mum walked with me to Orchard Central where I finally met dear princess SWEN again!!! Yayy that beautiful bitch flew back from Jakarta so Tiffy, Rach and I met her ytd for dinner. Sab's in hk :( Ate at Spaggedies, the food was not bad i guess but GST was insane. Then we walked around 313, where I bumped into Ben and Nigel after their dumpling adventure. Hahah srsly so happy to see them again, missed them both loads. Headed to dhoby gaut, took pics and chilled. Then Swen cabbed home and Rach, Tiffy and I met Ben and Nigel at starbucks for awhile then we headed home. Will post pics after Swen uploads them. :D
Yayy so my week was jam-packed, kept me from feeling the post-work loneliness. Heehee, hopefully next week will be just as great. Had an awesome Sat today too (despite a few hiccups), tried my hand at the DSLR, will post my fav shots up in another post. This one's getting a bit long. Haha.
