(no subject)
Today I am going camping for the weekend.
Tents and sleeping bags and little camp fires w/ beanie-weenies and all.
I will be bathing in a river with no soap.
I will be hanging my food from a tree so bears don't get it.
I like frogs.
I don't have to hide my food from frogs
Because the frog knows that sandwich is mine.
He only eats bugs that zig-zag
which my sandwich does not do
unless I do this. . .
Frogs don't frighten me.
I have never thought, "oh, no! here comes that frog!"
Instead I think, "Here comes that frog. I hope he settles near me so I can touch him!"
Then I will pick him up and put him in a jar
with some leaves and twigs to assimilate what he's used to
And I will probably put some holes in the lid
b/c he's darn sure used to oxygen
Then I will observe him
And he won't be doing much in his 16oz world
