wow it's dificult. but really awesome! i love the feeling i get after i run. i came up with the word only minutess ago while driving home with mumsy. it is that i feel clean. not like in a dirty way like as if i felt i took a shower but my body feels cleansed. and i feel energized and it just rocks!
but BOY can i feel it in my upper front legs! wooofh!
