that statement is so true. despite everything, i'm in an unusually good mood. going home this weekend will be awesome, and having some of the girls over my apartment will be SO fun. jen and i got all dressed up and went out to dinner tonight

b. so i could review a restaurant for my class
and so we were trying to pick an italian place in the north end, and this wicked friendly old italian guy ushered us into his restaurant. so we stayed and had dinner there (the bruschetta was amazing!). finally when we were leaving the friendly old man was telling us both to have a great night, and he grabbed me by the arm and pulled me aside and was like "come back again" and i said "okay" and he was like "i'd give you a kiss on the cheek, but my boyfriend is watching"
hahaha. made my fucking night.
