Hey people,

So...you know what is weird...i miss Hawaii alot! I mean come on, its been forever since Spring Break and I was there but I think the Island really got to me. Just the way they live there. To give you a for instance, whenever all 50 of us had to cross the street at once, our tour guide would stand in the middle of traffic and put up a hang loose sign (or shaka as we all called it) and stopped traffic while we crossed the street...and everyone was okay with that. She says that to turn the driver would stick their hand out of the car and do a shaka sign to let the other drivers know they were turning instead of using their signal. The only time we were rushed was when we were on our own terms, like while shopping, or getting tattoos. I guess I just miss that care free attitude they all had. And learning Hawaiian words was so fun if you ask me.

Anyway, I got my info for working at camp this summer. I also got an email for lifeguard training. Unfortunately i cant go bc i have school but it was weird bc i saw the list of people that it was sent to and Ryan Amerson (MisFire...for those of you who know him) was on the list. It was just a big wake up call for me that I am no longer a camper...I'm staff. It's such a huge blessing and privledge if you ask me. I can not wait to work there but at the same time I'm a little nervous. Now, I've been to the towers twice, ranch 8 times, and the shores 17 times, but they put me to work at the woods where I have been a total of 0 times. It's a bit like going from middle school into your first day of high school, a bit nerve wracking. I know that the Lord will get me through it though, I just have to pray He gives me strength and confidence. Oh and by the way, I have to go through Lifeguard training but cant do it at PC so if any of you want to do it here at home with me it would be much appreciated...I dont really want to do it alone.

Also, I evangalized today to this random guy at my school. I don't even know him but he sat down next to me in the hall...I had seen him a couple of times before but never really talked to him...but I started talking to him about the Lord. You want to know the funny thing...right after it happened I started doubting if I said the right things or if he really got what I said or that I should have done it differently. Then right when those thoughts came in my mind I realized it was the enemy trying to make me doubt that what I did wasn't good enough. It's amazing how quick he works. But it was an awesome experience.

Well, I had a good time taking lunch to a certain someone today. I walked in to Faith today y'all and felt like I was at St. Vincent's again. It was crazy, and Daniel, you have weird friends...(but that's ok bc you have a really weird girlfriend too). So that's about all. Now on to study for AP Government test!!! Woo Who!!!

eternally His, Audra
