(no subject)
Well Ladies and Gents, This weekend was by the far the best weekend of my life. It is weird because since I have went to college, every weekend that I get to spend time with Shane is the best weekend ever; but this one by far tops them all.
Friday I had an interview to be a teachers assistant at a local preschool. I got the job and it looks like so much fun; I start on Tuesday 8-12. So after that, I went back to the dorm and did homework, which I need to finish up on as soon as I get done writing this AMAZING entry :) Shane comes at around 10:45 because he just had a baseball game in Toledo. We spend the whole night just hanging out with eachother.
Saturday morning we left to go see the Greatest Game Ever Played. That movie was really good, but then again I love every sports movie that Disney creates. It is just a thing with me. It was cold so we got a hot chocolate at Starbucks and they made it perfect (some use dark chocolate, but this was perfectly milk chocolately). Then we went to Dicks and I checked out some stuff for the upcoming skiing season that my mom should get me for Christmas (jacket, snowpants, gloves, maybe hat, and glasses, lol). Then we went out to eat, but got home and realized that the night before we stayed up too late and we woke up too early. This results in a two-hour nap, then we watched Twister. The night ended with us listening to music by candlelight (which I spilled all over my room-mate's food and will have to explain to her when she arrives home BUT how true does that sound, "Shane and I were talking by candle-light and I spilled wax all over the place") and talking about the future (how cheesy is that :) ?)
He stayed the night again but he had to leave at 5:45 in the morning because he has to work at Ford Field today. Sunday school was surprisingly good for not having Aubrey there with me. Now I am in my room, listening to the loud bass of my neighbor's stereo, wishing Shane was here with me now.
Hooray for Thursday: Nikki's birthday at the Vu hah and Friday night at Mount Pleasant with my other favorite girls ({-} Jessie Kohl, Amanda, and Katie). I also get to see Shane play baseball that weekend, then hopefully I will hang out with him that Saturday for SWEETEST DAY! I can't wait for Thursday to come around! Okay, must finish homework as I promised myself three paragraphs ago.
