(no subject)
So a few interesting stories of recent:
1. Guess who has Jury Duty! I am schedualed to go on May 10, which is during finals week, so in true american spirit I will try and get out of it.
2. I will once again be returning to Tucson's stages with Tucson Theater Ensemble (the people I did Dial 'm' with). I auditioned about two weeks ago and am going to be playing "Andrea" in "Galileo" by Bertolt Brecht. I have the dates of performance around here somewhere, but I am too lazy to look for them. Hopefully this one will be paying.
3. Also I am going to be teaching Theater and Debate this summer at the Jr. High Summer School. I work about three hours a day and the pay is really good.
4. Speaking of theater once again, my audition is coming up so my buddy Matt and I have been running our monologues lke crazy. We ran them in a big group with the other guys on our floor, who are all BFA, last night. Tim had a lot of really great things to say about me after the first time he saw me perform and I was talking to Kyle (a guy on my floor, not my brother) today and he said that he was also really impressed and said I could definetally hold my own with alot of the guys in his class and that he would be very surprised if I didn't get in. I just hope the acting faculty sees things the way the guys do.
5. Speaking of guys named Kyle, since my first roommate bitched out on me (Scowls at John) I have been looking at apartments with my brother, so we don't have to live at my aunts over the summer and as an alternative to the dorms next year. We found a great place, 2bd, 2bth, 868 sq ft, all utilities included, 800 a month, hopefully we will get the place.
