I just saw Farenheit 9/11 today, and all I can say is that even if half of that shit is a lie (which unfortunately it probably isn't), I am ashamed that my goverment has conducted themselves in such ways. If things continue like this, we're well on the way to imperialsm, among other things. That's not the kind of place I want to raise my child in.

I'd like to sit down and talk with you about this sometime, I'm sure it would be fascinating to see the difference between where you are, where I am, and how people in both places react to the situation in Iraq. My feelings won't be hurt, I know people hate Americans right now. Thanks for thinking my french is "bien", but I'm way better at pronunciation and writing than I am with actual conversations. I'm afraid to visit France, maybe if they find out I'm "l'americaine", someone will treat me like the french guard in Monty Python's holy grail: "You silly english pig-dog! You're mother was a hamster, and your father smelt of elderberries!" But the real pig-dog is Bush. oink oink.
