well, lately im just kicking my ass with lifting weights, doing pushups, situps, etc. Everyday I do all the above, and well, I'm so far happy with results. I'm getting to be a bit more defined. In addition, somehow I've lost 10 pounds, which is good, weight losss equals good. But for my body type and with the muscle my body is made for, I guess I can be confident at staying at or around the current 230 I am at right now. Anyway, I don't write in here much, but mid-workout I got the want to write something here, so just to keep you posted there ya'll go. Anyway, if I think of anything else to write about, I'll add more later. Peace children. Back to the routine.
