I hate guilt. I think it's a pretty useless emotion.
I hate things associated with guilt. I hate schemes, agendas, dogmas, diets that thrive on guilt.
Guilt is something you feel after you've expressed a part of yourself that you don't like. Why don't we like this part of ourselves?
A childhood experience?
A book?
A popular television sitcom?
....
Guilt reinforces your "inadequacies" as you've deemed them. It reinforces those patterns.
It is not a catalyst for change. No personal growth can occur as long as you are consumed by it.
The big question is, do we really have anything to feel guilty about?
