Lieberman Speech

This speech delivered by Joe Lieberman would cause the War Funding Bill to crash and burn if anyone in Congress actually cared to listen to reason. I thought it made some really good points, and shows the good that politicians can do when not constrained by party politics and only concerned with getting reelected

Is this from the email I sent out last week? If so, it *is* a good speech. If not, it's *still* a good speech. :) A great one. The kind of speeches I wish politicians would give more often.
